NO NONSENSE RETURN POLICY
We offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy for all goods, excluding final sale items, returned in new and perfect condition. Please do not remove the tags!
In compliance with United Kingdom legislation and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, hosiery, or face masks. No exceptions to this rule.
EXCHANGES
Shopping online can sometimes be tricky. Screens may not accurately reflect colors, sizes might vary, or you may simply change your mind. No worries! We offer free shipping on initial domestic exchanges. Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping charges and a €10 processing/restocking fee.
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, and we'll happily exchange it for another size, color, or style. You are welcome to try the item on, but it must be returned in new condition with tags attached.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know; we may be able to assist you. For international orders, we also cover the shipping costs for the initial exchange.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Return the item within 30 days from the purchase date, in new condition with all tags attached, and you will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders that have been exchanged may incur shipping charges and a €10 processing/restocking fee.
Free shipping offers cover standard shipping costs to your location, which will be deducted from any refunds.
If multiple items were purchased as part of a fixed-price offer, we cannot provide refunds on individual items.

No items should be returned before obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
RETURNS CRITERIA
Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tightly when checking for size, as corsets quickly adapt to the shape of your body when tightly laced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size only when they are unworn, in new condition, in their original packaging with all original labels intact. A corset that has been tightly laced will not be exchanged.
You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us. You will also need to cover the costs of returning the goods and ensure they reach us promptly.
Items returned to us in a used condition will not be eligible for a refund. Items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odors such as cigarette smoke, have had tags removed, are not in original packaging, or are purchased on final sale are non-returnable. We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on items not in new condition.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
TIME LIMITATIONS
Goods can be returned within 30 days from dispatch for a refund and 30 days from dispatch for an exchange.
RETURNING AN ITEM (RMA)
To return an item, you must obtain an RMA number.
Log in and obtain an RMA number.
You can obtain an RMA by visiting the website and logging into your account. Navigate to the order and select the item you wish to return and request a return.
Upon receipt of your request we will approve the return or contact you for further information. Please specify whether you require a refund or exchange and the preferred exchange item.
Please remember to write Order Number on the package. If there is no Order Number on the outside of the package then there is no way to identify the package and it will be returned to sender or disregarded. To avoid this, we remember you write Order Number on the package. You must obtain an RMA number before returning anything.
As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your request. Replacement items in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen replacement is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
Customers outside the United Kingdom should ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked as a RETURN; otherwise, customs duties and local taxes may apply. If this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse the item or charge you for the customs and tax bill.
Please note that shipping and postage costs are non-refundable.
